Founded by Ken Montgomery—a structural engineering graduate from BCIT with over three decades of hands-on construction experience, ranging in cabinetry, flooring, finishing work and general renovations.

Ken’s background provides expertise that is difficult to equal, giving our customers a full and well rounded knowledge of construction, allowing us to go above and beyond to make sure each project is done to the specifications of not only the house but our customers.

  • Yes. We’re a full-service team. We measure, source, and install the windows or doors ourselves—no outsourcing, no coordination headaches for you.

  • We install custom-fit residential replacement windows in a range of styles—sliders, casement, awning, picture, and more. If you’ve got something specific in mind, we’ll help you source it.

  • We work with three trusted Canadian suppliers: Centra Windows, Vinyltek, and Jeld-Wen. That gives you options at different price points, all backed by solid warranties.

  • Absolutely. We replace front entry doors, patio doors, sliding doors, French doors—basically any door that leads outside. We’ll help you find the right fit, and install it cleanly.

  • We do both, but we’re especially great at renovations and window replacements for existing homes. That’s our sweet spot.

  • It totally depends on the size of the job; some are as quick as 2 days, and some take over a month. We’ll give you a solid timeline before we start.

  • Yes. We take care of the full removal and cleanup. You’re left with sharp-looking new windows—and no mess.

  • That depends on the product you choose. Some window packages come with lifetime warranties through the manufacturer. We’ll walk you through all of that before you commit.
